Westcontrol has gained considerable experience as a manufacturer of everything from mass produced electronics to advanced electronics which need to stand up against harsh environments in the form of temperature, vibration and external influences.
We now have three different Pick & Place lines which are well adapted to small, medium and large series, robots for the assembly of trough hole components and good premises for manual fittings and assembly.
We know that ’time to market’ for new products is a decisive factor for our customers, therefore we have allocated our own resources to produce prototype series swiftly and to shorten delivery times.
After the prototype series is delivered and approved, we will gladly ensure industrialisation through a pre-series before the product enters our efficient production lines.
As a manufacturer of numerous different products we have established expertise spanning from Downhole electronics in oil wells and ROV (remote controlled underwater vessels) to Vision systems, Servo systems, and several checking and communication systems.
Our services are adapted to our customers’ requirements, and we can produce printed circuit boards only or carry out a complete delivery service which includes purchasing, printed circuit board production, cable work, mechanical assembly, testing and packing of your products.
Through our network we can deliver just about anything that you may need, for instance, encasing and casts that meet most standards and requirements.
