Project Planning
Working with the customer, our experienced staff can provide proposals for solutions to suit their current requirements. Several alternatives may be available and with our experience we can pin point the advantages and disadvantages of the various solutions. We are independent of manufacturers and therefore unbiased in our recommendations.
Documentation
It is crucial for an installation to have in-depth and relevant documentation so it can be built both logically and securely, and it also provides a prerequisite for simple maintenance in the operational phase. With extension and rebuilding work good documentation saves time and money. Westcontrol uses modern computer tools in their production of schema, tables and diagrams.
Prefabrication and Installation
Westcontrol has its own workshop for the prefabrication of components into a complete system. The units can be tested prior to installation allowing the plant to be built up in the most logical and cost efficient way. Installation work is performed by skilled workers with experience from large and complex installations.
Programming
It is possible for us to carry out programming work on most types of PLS and we have the experience and expertise in the field of communication with other systems. Additionally, Westcontrol develops and builds its own checking and surveillance systems, and has extensive competence in building network solutions both with our own systems and standard industry systems.
Launching
The launching and testing of a new installation is a vital part of the delivery process. Westcontrol provides experienced staff who can swiftly provide on the spot hardware and software installation adjustments should it be required. The aim is to get the installation operational as quickly as possible.
Maintenance and Servicing
Westcontrol has vast experience in ensuring that delivered installations are maintained and updated. The need for additional equipment, new functions or removal of old elements will nearly always be present. In addition, the environment and surroundings can be harsh on an installation therefore it is crucial that it is inspected and critical components are maintained. Westcontrol offers maintenance and servicing adapted to the requirements of the customer.
